On Day, Off Day

September 5, 2012

It's one of those days that even infinite amounts of coffee cannot fully fix. Exhaustion reigns supreme above all other to do's that needed to get done and wants that wanted to be accomplished. Everything is off and not even the most familiar of activities can not pull it back on track. Uneasiness sets in as the path ahead unfamiliar, but no matter what must be conquered.

There is nothing wrong with being sad or fearful or worried as long as it doesn't keep you from marching on. Perseverance is the key to gaining anything and everything you want out of life. Successful people don't get to where they are with the snap of a finger, but with perseverance and pushing and trudging on when day after day all you want to do is fall into oblivion never to be found again. These successful people were not fearless, but accepted the fear they felt and pushed on regardless. Give it the metaphoric middle finger if you.

Fear helps us learn, and those off days help us recognize those multitudes of on days.
