Sleep

Tonight is a night for rest. A time for sleep. A time for catching up on all of those dreams we missed. Sleeping until our bodies tell us we’ve had enough, because sleep is the best medicine. It heals and it renews. It gives us the strength to carry on through the day without giving up. Tonight is that night.

Sleep is that one constant. We know that at the end of the day after all is said and done we can crawl into that bed and cover up with blankets to a night of recovering luxury.No interruptions nothing. Just time for me, myself, and I to get just exactly what we need.
